Our story starts with the trees. The symbiosis between people and trees is as old as humanity itself. Australia's forests have been nurtured by 65,000 years of Aboriginal land management and stewardship. We rely on trees for food, shelter, warmth and oxygen and the trees continue to need our care and stewardship. The timber itself is an attractive, longevous, hardy, carbon storing material. Here at Vogue TFD we are deeply grateful to be able to share nature's best material with people. We have the greatest respect for the sources which our timber comes from and we ensure that they are sustainable and ethical. Creating products

Our manufacturers share our love of timber, beautiful design and meticulous construction. As well as being sourced responsibly, our timber is also manufactured responsibly with waste timber being re-purposed in other building products, paper, bio-energy, fertilisers and more. The timber is shaped into a variety of floor types, each with its own advantages. We build to last. Timber is a product with a long working life and a timeless visual appeal, what's the point in making timber products with low lifespans or faddish designs.

Our project managers are the glue that holds the job together. With decades of experience and having worked on some of the most prized homes and developments in Australia, your next build is in great hands. Our aim is to help each client find the best floor to suit their unique needs and desires, guiding in function and fashion. Our project managers oversee each step of the build, from helping you select the most suitable-and-stunning floor type to organising the delivery, installation and after sales support.

Creating the floor
At the end of all of that careful planning, after selecting the best materials to create the best floorboards which themselves took decades for nature to grow, it still comes down to the skill of our tradespeople to complete the job. Our floor installers and our sanders-and-finishers are truly masters of their crafts. The details of large-scale wood behaviour, the subtleties of finishing and quality of finish in general are in expert hands. This rounds out our great team.
